sudo apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev
git clone https://github.com/antimof/UxPlay
cd UxPlay
mkdir build
cd build
cmake ..
make
sudo make install
uxplay

If you get a blank screen run uxplay -avdec.

If this works use sudo apt-get remove gstreamer1.0-vaapi and then use only uxplay.
