Abekta is an Encyclopédie-like knowledge-base for research, teaching and outreach at the Center for Astronomy, Space Science and Astrophysics (CASSA), Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB).
The website is named after Jagadish Chandra Basu's book Abyakta (অব্যক্ত) which has been used here in a medieval spelling: Abekta.
